Marcus Bell, RN
IV Lead and Check-in Nurse
Marcus places every drip and runs the weekly check-ins, in person before work or on video at lunch. If your plan is his, he is the one who answers when you call.
The 12-week program · what the months look like
The structure under every Wrenhaven weight loss program: who you see, when, and what gets measured. It is the same whether you are on semaglutide, tirzepatide or no medication at all.

In numbers
With a written plan on day one
Weekly, same nurse
Weeks four, eight and twelve
Weeks two and nine
Results vary from person to person. Nothing on this page is a promise of weight lost or kept off, and a program may be declined after the Starting Line if it is not right for you.
Why it works
Medication is the easy part; a pharmacy can mail it. What goes wrong in GLP-1 programs is predictable: a bad week of nausea nobody hears about, a dose raised too fast, food that collapses to crackers, muscle lost with the fat, and an ending nobody planned. Each of those is caught by a nurse who talks to you every week and writes it down for the NP.
So the program is built around that call. The dose only moves after a check-in. The dietitian sees you twice, early and late. The body composition reading at week twelve is compared with day one, next to you, by the person who read the first one.
Drawn on site at the first visit: metabolic panel, thyroid, A1c, lipids. Back within two business days. Nothing is prescribed before they are.
Muscle, fat and water, not just a number on a scale. Repeated at week twelve so the plan protects muscle, not just the total.
Medication if any, the dose schedule, the weekly check-in day, two dietitian sessions, the monthly NP visit, the price, and the exit plan. In writing, yours to keep.
The same nurse every week, in person before work or on video at lunch. Side effects, dose, food, the hard week. A person, not a portal.

Registered Dietitian
Elise is the food half of the plan: two sessions in the first twelve weeks and the maintenance plan after, built around protein, appetite on medication, and what you actually eat on a Tuesday.
Illustrative stories. Wrenhaven is a fictional clinic; these are written examples, not patient reviews.
Week nine with Elise was the one that mattered. I had stopped eating protein without noticing and the week-twelve reading would have shown it.
Three NP visits, twelve calls, two lab draws. I could count what I was paying for.
Yes. Most are. In person is available from 7 am for people who want the reading done or a dose given here.
Many people continue. At week twelve the decision is made with the labs in front of you: continue at the same monthly price, step the dose down, or move to maintenance.
No. Two sessions are in every program because appetite on medication changes what you eat, and muscle is easy to lose without noticing.
No. Monthly, and you can stop. The Starting Line fee is credited against month one.
