How much does medical weight loss cost in Nashville?

Between about $200 and $900 a month in Nashville depending on the medication, the clinic and what is left out of the headline price. Here is what the fee usually hides, and every Wrenhaven price in one list. By Dana Whitfield, NP.

The short answer

Compounded semaglutide programs in Nashville mostly run $200 to $400 a month, tirzepatide $300 to $500 with some well above that, and brand-name self-pay products start around $200 for a low dose and climb. The headline rarely includes labs, visits, a dietitian or anything for after. Wrenhaven charges $349 a month for semaglutide and $449 for tirzepatide with all of that included, every month, and $149 for the Starting Line, credited against month one. Fictional prices for a concept site; results vary.

What moves it

Why the number moves

  • The medication. Tirzepatide costs more to compound than semaglutide and so costs more a month.
  • The dose. Some clinics price by dose, so the fee climbs as the dose does. Ours does not.
  • What is included. Labs, visits, a dietitian and a nurse are the parts that make a program safe, and the parts most often left out of the headline.
  • The pharmacy. Compounded products vary in price and in how plainly the clinic names its source. We name ours.

Plainly

Why an intro price is a sale, not a plan

A $99 first month pays for itself when month two is $400 and the card is on file. The honest number is the twelve-month total with everything in it. Ours is the Starting Line plus eleven monthly fees, and it is written on the plan before you start.

What you should be able to see before you pay

The prescriber by name, the collaborating physician by name, the pharmacy, the full monthly price with what it includes, the lab schedule, the check-in cadence, and the exit plan. If a clinic cannot show you those on one page, the page is the problem.

Questions

Questions this guide gets asked

Still unsure? Call (615) 555-0164 and ask Jordan.

Does insurance cover it?

Compounded GLP-1 programs are self-pay almost everywhere, including here. Some HSA cards accept the program fee; ask Jordan.

Is the Starting Line fee refundable?

It is credited against your first month if you start. If you do not start, it covers the labs and the visit you had.

Are there any other fees?

No. Add-on drips in the lounge are priced separately and are never required.

Why is tirzepatide $100 more?

It costs more to compound. Everything else in the program is the same.
